Services

Psychoeducational Assessment

  • Preschool and private school admissions testing (cognitive assessment)
  • Assessment for children/adolescents age 3 through 18; the SPTC offers evaluation for a range of concerns, including ADHD, behavioral concerns, intellectual disabilities, specific learning disabilities, and social/emotional concerns

Intervention Services

  • Individual intervention for children and adolescents with a diverse range of concerns, including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, ADHD, behavioral issues, and learning difficulties.
  • Group-based social/emotional/behavioral intervention for children and adolescents with a range of concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, social skills); select groups are offered each semester (e.g., fall, spring, summer) and advertised via our website
  • Group-based academic intervention; select groups are offered on occasion and advertised via the website

Consultation Services

  • Parent training/consultation for a variety of childhood concerns (e.g., behavior management)
  • Consultation with school personnel for individual clients, when appropriate
  • Consultation with school personnel, schools, and districts to offer site specific professional development

Psychoeducational Evaluation: We charge a fee of $550 for community referrals and $450 for UW faculty, staff, and students.

Preschool and Private School Admissions Assessment: We charge a fee of $300 for community referrals and $200 for UW faculty, staff, and students.

Intervention Services – Individual: We charge a fee of $450 for community members and $350 for UW faculty, staff, and students for up to 12 intervention sessions (fewer than 10 sessions will be prorated). Clients who participate in intervention services following a clinic-based diagnostic evaluation will be assessed a reduced rate for intervention services ($250 community rate; $150 UW affiliated rate).

Intervention Services – Group: We charge $250 for community members and $200 for UW faculty, staff, and students for 8-12 group intervention sessions. Clients who participate in intervention services after a clinic-based diagnostic evaluation will be assessed at a reduced rate for intervention services ($150 community rate; $100 UW affiliated rate).

Parent Training/Consultation: We charge $200 for parent training or consultation that is provided on a more limited basis (up to two meetings/year. Ongoing consultation (more than two meetings/year) is assessed at $350 for each family.

School Consultation: We charge $250 for consultation to school professionals that is provided on a limited basis (up to two meetings/year) and $400 for more ongoing consultation (over two meetings/year).
